College Trying to Kick Me Out for a rule that isnt in the handbook

thats why when i was still in school....i worked my *** off to live in my own place, in california of all places too. it can be done.

no inspections, no telling me what to do, no nothing.

i suggest you do the same, although its seems a little too late.

shopping cart? fuckn petty if you ask me. I was up on all sorts of charges by my RA and campus police //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif ..... arson, destruction of property, alcohol sales on campus from my apartment....gezzz, you kids these days are lightweights //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

yea i was only spending one year in campus housing because i wanted to be close to school my first year so i wouldnt be more tempted to skip class plus i have two years of dorm pre-paid so one year isnt that bad

but honestly..kicked out because you took a cart from a ditch? im almost doing good by taking it out of the ditch
I understand that you had no intentions of "stealing" the cart or whatever... But it is "stolen property" because it doesnt belong to you and most stores dont loan out shopping carts for college students to go shopping cart skiing. The fact is, they are seeing stolen property wether it be a busted shopping cart that was found in a ditch or not. Plus they are probably looking for anything to kick you out since you're a repeat offender.

It sounds like they just want you gone. Take this guys advice:

Just withdraw voluntarily. Then apply somewhere else

It will be easier to get into another school if you weren't expelled from this one.

Its better to leave on your own while you still can instead of having to explain to potential schools why you were expelled.

Wannabe bad ***

id agree.
i also agree with everyone else saying to transfer or withdraw...

and just because it isnt in the handbook doesnt mean that they cant hold you to it. ignorance of the law is not an acceptable defense.
This is true. Go hit up HCC for a few semesters until your forgotten about.....
