I can hardly crank my amp up before the clip light goes off. I just ordered my singer alt which is triple the amps of my stock, and an agm. once these are, installed will I be able to push it harder? my buddy told,me I should be able to play her at full tilt, while she's at quarter tilt now.

did you test the clipping coming from the deck? if it receives a clipped signal it will only amplify a clipped signal.

clipped music will still display clipping even at low volumes, might wanna check your songs out.
ya know when I'm on Pandora my songs sound a lot cleaner than off of my music list. and my door speakers have already. blown after 2 months when I keep the volume at 30/55. how do I fix this

list your whole setup for me from headunit to amp to subs to speakers to wiring. Need all brand, model numbers. Go to the forum settings and click edit signature then keep that list in your signature too for future reference.

sound quest 4 awg to amp, stock group 78 battery and 110a alternator, Sony Cox-gt565up head unit, ct sounds at500.1d amp, a 4 ohm svc dual 12 and 4 ohm dvc (with one coil wired), to a 2 ohm impedance, kicker 5.25 components and Rockford fish are tweeters wired to the amp. and I play off of my auxiliary cord which I bought at walmart

what are your head unit settings like?

loudness, bass boost, EQ, high pass, low pass etc..

high pass filters and low pass, please try to answer all the stuff I asked in one post so we dont have to do posts like this.... If you dont know then say so.
the 7 band is the custom equalizer. I keep all equalizer off. I do not use the 7 band because I clip more

I'm not talking about Equalizers. High pass filter is what cuts the lower bass signals from going to your door speakers. Low pass filters is what blocks your subs from playing vocals and midbass. Pretty sure if you dont know what those are, thats the reason why you've blown your door speakers.

Now on to your clipping issue. That amp accepts 4 gauge wire. Your soundquest wire is 6 gauge AT BEST. Whats worse is that its low quality aluminium. The voltage reading at your amp is probably very low and the amp is not fed proper current which causes clipping. First thing i'd do is upgrade your power wire to at least 1/0 gauge CCA if you are on a tight budget because you are eventually upgrading amps anyways. Soundquest garbage wires gotta go.

Your gains are also probably set wrong.

Now try to reset your gain again, lower amp gain down. Turn the volume up to where you normally listen to (activate your friggen high pass filters to protect your speakers this time) turn up the subwoofer level to max, play a 50hz test tone. Set your extended amp bass remote on max, then on your amp gain knob turn it up slowly until the clipping light lights up.
