Clipping issue

I believe it's a clipping issue. I'm running 2 pioneer 12's the 300w rms ones. I have a 575 watt Alpine amp hook up to them. Before i had no issue with blasting these subs and now when i turn the volume up a little bit past 10 it starts cutting in and out. Before i could pass 30 in the volume and still be all good. What could be my issue?

Check the voice coils of the subs. One may be blown
