clifford alarm remote

ok heres the situation. My alarm not recognizing the remote after i changed the battery on the remote.

I already tried pressing the valet button twice (holding it the second time) and pressing lock/unlock. this did nothing. What else can i do to program this remote. Thanks

you can try to auto program it

turn the ignition on and press the valet switch once and then press and hold the siren should chirp...then press lock and the sirent should confirm...turn the igniton of and try using the remote.....if that does not work you will have to manually program each feature and the model of remote and alarm will be needed for this
