clif designs????/ma audio???

any one else notice the how much the clif design subs and most of the products look similar to the ma audio equipment especially the competition subs is there some thing i dont know here or jsut concidence?? the dealer i bought my ma audio equipment now deals with clif designs too. are these 2 brands any way related????

For reference:

Mobile Authority, Ultra Linear, Visionik, Ma Audio, and Clif Designs are all done by Anaba. A local dealer pushes them a lot.

I think I actually listed them in the order of build quality. Mobile Authority is their entry level, while MA audio is pretty high up there. Over at P&J, the dealer told me "Well people stopped buying Mobile Authority, so they changed the name to MA Audio and resold them!". I swear, I could give Smart Dealer / Stupid Dealer lessons just on what that guy tells me. I still go there for wire, but man, I hate listening to him tell people about how great capacitors are.
