Doing the whole shipping thing is bad...If it ends up not working the seller only has to refund the buyer $1. and keeps the 299.. I think thats how it works..Pretty sure ebay also restricts these type of auctions.

yup I do it on auctions like 2x or 3x the cost of actual shipping. But they will pull the auction if they see it like that
