I run an older pair of Boston Subs. They are the best sounding subs I have ever heard, they will run in a .5 cu box. If you don't have full power for the subs, they still sound amazing underpowered in a slightly larger enclosure.

SQ wise, I would definately stick with Boston if you can find a set within your price range.
