Clean 4 channel?

I have been out of car audio for a long time. I really can't recognize a lot of these brands now. It is very frustrating because I have been lurking for about a month, searching the threads and it is just making it worse. At any rate I would sincerely appreciate some help picking out a 4 channel.

The head unit, I have no idea, this will be my next thread.

The speakers are:

Up front, Infinity kappa 6.5" KAPPA60.9CS front components. These are 2 ohm 90 rms, wasn't aware until they arrived they were 2 ohm.

The rears, JL Audi 6w3v3-4 6.5" 4 ohm 150 rms.

Right now it is running off a stock head unit and amp in a Ranger. I would like to have 50-100 rms per channel. I think I read 44 rms was the true power of the stock amp. It is plenty loud and actually thumps loud enough, just want it cleaner.

Budget is around $170 for the amp. looking for sq. I know that's not much to work with, but surely there is something decent out there.

Much apreciated

"cleanliness" usually ends up being an issue of power. A $50 pyramid amp is perfectly "clean" as long as you don't run it into clipping.

The mbquart dsc450 is a nice amp. 50w rms per channel. Really nice amp for $100 shipped at sonicelectronix.

JBL GT5-a604 would be nice, orion co6004, dsc480.

Thanks so far guys. Infinity and mb quarts were extremely good back in the day. I was wondering about them. I will check into the jbl and cobalt as well. I used to run orion reds, 25 for the mids/highs. 50 for the lows. Looking at the specs of the orions today the HCCA is nothing of what they once were. I do still have an old school 4 channel tube amp, but I gave it to my father for his old coupe. All he listens to is things like the Beach boys so technically I could take it back and get a new one to power his old car. This is a 97' truck. It's just my old farm truck. I started using it to commute to work to keep down the mileage on the others.

I ended up swiping the denon from the old man. I put in an orion red 250 and 225 in his. So it was better than buying a new amp. I thought about running them in mine, but doubt the alt could have kept up in my old truck. Thanks for the input, I may be able to use it on the wife's car.
