Class D's with dual outputs

I just went and looked at the Hifonics BXi 1610D I was running last year. It was wired with the 2 (-) and 2 (+) jumped at the amp.
So does it have an internal bridge to one ohm? I've heard that it doesn't, that it does, I'm pretty confused. Should I just run a multimeter to it?

Yes, wire the individual subs in parallel then wire the subs together in parallel. This will result in a one ohm load on that amplifier.
I decided to go with a ppi bk1300, same style inputs though. Should i wire the subs in parallel to 1 ohm and just use one set of inputs?
