Class D for 2 or .5 ohms mono? Maybe HIFONICS TXi1508D?

Was originally running a single Image Dynamics ID12V2 in Dual 2ohm in my HHR, now want to add a second. This gives me either a single 2 or .5 ohm load. I've had around 600 on the single sub, seems to take it okay but may be running out of mechanical excursion at low frequencies in the 1.25 cubes sealed I have it in. Thinking of building a 2 cube sealed for two drivers, then adding a modest class D to power them. Found a company that has the refurbed HIFONICS TXi1508D for $179 with a warranty through them... should do 900 at 2 ohms, which would probably be about right. Battery is in the back about two feet from my amplifier, but there are no electrical upgrades, so I think that is about the limit of what I can probably run without many issues. Any feedback on these amplifiers, or other suggestions in this power/price range?

The newer audiopipe 3500.1 uses the same board as the RD 3250 v2. Idk about any others though. They're solid for the price, but I wouldn't buy the 3500.1 considering what happened with the 3250's
