Class BD vs. Class D

I've looked on here and cannot find anything.

I currently have a RF t-1500 and i believe i read a while back that it was a class bd amp. I got a new AQ22OOD in the mail last week so im wondering if there will be any sound quality difference or and issues with efficiency.

ecrack said it was just a marketing term. so is what theyre saying actually true, or just a fancy label to get people to buy them?
I personally have heard no audible difference between the Rockford bd's and a similar power korean amp. Both have efficiency's of around 83% to 86%.

Even reading that description you can tell it's just class D. It says it has less distortion than class D... but if you look at zenon designs and their thd rating vs the rf, it's the same. Same efficiency etc. It's the same thing man. THey are great little amps... but still class d.
