Clarion NZ409 Help Please

I got this unit and hooked it up. everything was working good and functioning proper. Then the screen quit and none of the buttons work now except for the volume and mode buttons. The screen is black and is illuminated, but no picture. I have the wire that is supposed to be grounded to the parking brake wired up to a toggle. Just not sure why everything quit working all at once. When i turn the unit off, and then back on....the screen says Clarion....then goes back to black...there is a brown wire on the clarion plug that dont match any color that i already had on my existing radio.....can anyone help me with this or had this problem before...Thanks

The brown wire is for the phone interrupt . Sounds like your ground/toggle is bad or your unit is broke. Call clarion tech?

I tried the reset button 3 times and nothing. I called Clarion and they said send the unit in that is was broke....there goes $150 out the window....just bought it from a guy on here too.

disconnect every wire then try it again if it dont work then ***** for u
