Clarion DXZ855MP issues, please help!

I have a Clarion CXZ855MP CD/MP3 player that seems to be having some issues. There are 2 problems...

1- Every time I change tracks or turn the volume up from 0 it makes this loud, extremely annoying "popping" or "clicking" sound from the rear (mainly) deck speakers! It can also be heard, and felt through the subwoofer.

2- there is a constant "humming" noise that comes from the subwoofer. It also can be heard and felt, also extremely annoying.

Dealing with either of the above problems is out of the question! Any ideas on this? I'm sure, with my luck I will have to send it in for a non warranted repair...

To help me explain the problem I have taken a short video of what the unit is doing. I believe it makes this popping sound through the woofer as well. It does this on both rear speaker outputs, the front two are fine.

Would this be something that could be fixed easily or would it have to go in to the mfg?
