CL61's in front, better to have components or just a mid/bass driver in the rear?

I posted something about this before, but after reading some, I am seeing mixed opinions about what is best in the so called 'rear fill'. I have an xterra, and am not building enclosures anywhere for subs. I right now have CL61 components in the front with a memphis audio amp (50x4), and planet audio neo650's in the rear. Have a P690-UB Pioneer HU. The CDT's in the front have always sounded way better to me than the neo650's ( I kinda bought them on impulse while having the amp installed, the place installing sold planet audio, and I wanted some speakers in the back). Now I've blown one of the neo650's and am looking to put something else back there, leaning towards CDT (loving the way the CL61's sound). or the CL6ex coax (6.5 with tweeter)

I guess I'm looking for experienced opinions on whether it would sound better with just a mid/bass driver in the rear, or a coax (6.5 with tweeter).....
