Choices. help?

i'm looking for a setup that hits hard, qualitys isnt as important as the pound. but i'd still like it to be decent. i'm deciding between 1 18' fi btl, 2 15' l7's, or 4 15' type r's. if i could have your opinion, it'd be greatly appreciated, also any other ideas are welcomed. thank you.
