choice of shallow tens

I would have said the BM's too if we had them out yet. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Soon though...
You realize that every time the new SI products are mentioned and I can't go buy them I die a little inside, right?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

so looks like from your suggestions its:

sundown

kicker

MB quarts

stereo integrity

RE

the link for SI showed a twelve and i need a ten. but i just glanced at it so i assume they make a 10 inch version.

if i don't sell my old set up then kicker is kinda my only option. but if i do sell it then kicker is thrown out and the other four are my options. i can't find that RE SL anywhere though, asked a shop and looked online for a long while about pricing. maybe i'm just retarded i don't know.

thanks for the help guys.

oh and price really isn't a big deal. the more money it is the more i'll have to wait and save up thats all. setting a budget never works out for me anyways. atleast it didn't for my first two set ups.

yea your right i just looked again and saw that too. i already have my measurements set up for two 10's and i have a toyota tundra so there is pretty much no room in there to begin with. if i switched to two twelves the box would have to be that tiny bit bigger and would not fit.

edit: i guess my next question should be which would sound better in a sealed box. RE, MB, or sundown.

enclosure volume depends on the sub. You can't just use one universal number for each size woofer. Are you trying to tell me you can't fit 1 cube sealed(the BMs only require .5 cubes each)? I can fit 2.5 cubes ported behind the seat of my standard cab s10 without losing legroom.

05 and neither. its a weird shape that is going on the rear driverside seat. not on it more like in place of it. i have a little room to go up if i need to increase the cubes( the shallow mounts are all very close in cube range anyways) but i can't increase the width at all so they have to be tens. the reason i asked for 4.5 or less mounting depth is so i have some room to breath. its not a long and narrow box or short and fat. so it is less space then you would be able to put along the back wall of a single cab.plus i can't fit subs behind the rear seats of my tundra. the seats fold up not down and i even took the whole back bench out once to see and its a no go unless i cut into the back sheet metal. soo yeeaaaaaa.... whats your opinion on the best sub for a sealed enclosure?

edit: and now that i think about it i can utilize the storage area for more space if i needed it. but that would only increase cubes. not area to mount my subs or mounting depth.
