I went with pork chops. Don't get it twisted I don't f**k with those "assorted" chops. Only thick center cut for me.

I've never really been a big fan of any sort of marinade, rub, or a lot of seasoning. I let my meat and wood talk the talk. Everyone once and a while I while soak my chicken in a brine, but for the most part it's just oak wood, salt 'n peppa.

Question of the day. Who's eaten rabbit? On my southside property there are a ton of rabbits running around and I've been catching rabbits since I was a kid. Never eaten one though. Damn near anything taste good grilled but was just curious. I assume they taste like dark meat chicken?

Marinades make a big difference, they tenderize and flavor the meat. You can turn cheap cuts into something much more flavorful.

I only get top sirloins or filets and do a dry rub and I marinade chicken and pork and they all come out incredibly juicy and tender.

Pork chops were so good the other night that I decided to do the same tonight. They were slacking on boneless thick so I went with bone in. Not a fan of bones in my beef or pork but it's how I prefer my chicken, skin on with bones. Firing up the grill shortly.
