But this law is welllll worth it.....until you lived down here you cant comment on it from experience at all.

I love having a family day walkin in New Orleans than to see a guy(black,white,hispanic) with their underwear totally out and their pants below their knees.

I feel bad for my family and lil nieces to have to see this, its disgusting and uncalled for.

And if it gives them the right to run their names and find out they have warrants out or anything suspicious on them.....even more better....how could that ever be a bad thing?

So what about the gothic kids with all of the baggy clothes and chains hanging from their bodies. Not only is it disgusting, but I think it's ignorant, just as much as guys who sag their pants. You definitely have a racist bone in ya......

If their underwear are showing than BAM..get them......you cant ban someone from wearing baggy pants or loose pants.....but if its below their butt or their shirt is short enough to see their draws than thats a totally diff than.

My last GF was black, i got my hood pass stamped for i think at least another year or so before i gotta renew it

Oh and chains...i mean maybe if they consider that a weapon....but theres nothing wrong with their pants cept for them looking stupid.....but thats a totally diff subject to me, and not as big down here as other places

Well thats not what this law is directed to...trust me each state has to have diff laws that are needed in place to combat their own individual problems

how about this...

if MALES cant wear baggy pants that sag more than 3 inches, how the **** can FEMALES wear belly shirts regaurdless of how overweight they are, wether or not they know it. thats really disgusting. all you people complaining probably have never been out of your state. places like LA , miami , NYC , boston etc.. its an everyday sight. no one complains there. its just angry old white people with nothing else to ***** about.

people in my community tried to make it illegal to park on your OWN lawn. wtf is that? it got no where. neither will this. theres too much other shit going on everywhere else to even hope for this to get anywhere.
