Chevy Restoration.

thanks, actually got a lot done yesterday although i dont have much to show for it. well dosent seem like a big deal to you guys probably but i got the back garage cleaned and lots of free space, but i finally got the bed switched to the back garage, and ready to be cleaned. Also ironed out all of little problems in the front and tied everything up. Also had to change the o ring for the oil filter adapter. Got the bench seat put back in and bolted down because i dont wanna rush finishin up the seat brackets. Tomorrow i hope to clean and prep the underside of the bed for paint, just havent decided what im gonna paint it with. got a couple of the underside of the bed just so u can see what i gotta work with.

cleaning up is always a pretty big project. I should probably do that today, key word probably lol.

Looks like a bunch of old rubberized undercoating on that bed. Could be a pita to remove.

yep, i think im just gonna use rubberized undercoating myself, after a good cleaning and some sanding im just gonna spray it on over it... ill do parts with por15 but most of it will just b rubberized undercoating. dont have the tools, time, or patience to take all that off... andy yes cleaning up is a TASK when u are always pullin out tools and putting them down, conveniently underneath something and u never find the tool again lol.

Well today was by far my most productive 3 hours in a long time. Im just gonna let the pics do the talking for me.

looking good for sure. Low but not too low and should look really really nice when its all put back together.

Good thing that bolt is out of there now, scary some of the stuff ya find cracking into a "perfectly good" vehicle.

yikes^

My main project of the day was gettin the exhaust ready to go back on. While it was off i figured i might as well take care of it so that it wont rust, or at least do what i can. So i media blasted anything that had a little rust on it and sanded the real heavy shit. Also put the 20s on the rear heres some pics:
