Had a local customer bring by his Avalanche and wanted a new trim panel made to cover his sub box. (Some of you may know this truck)

The original system was done by another local shop. The sub box is going to remain and later down the road I am going to be redoing the bed and tail gate.

Here is what she looks like.

Did the install not have a trim panel before???

Seams really weird that a shop would do all that work to a vehicle and not build a trim panel around the midgate gasket in the avy.

Anyways. Looks good man. I built my Avy trim panel awhile back, but left it bare MDF //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Had to have it playing/presentable the next day for a show and couldn't get any vinyl. Mine is just a panel to cover the gasket and have it look closer to stock w/ the front port of my 6th order in the center.

This little build makes me want to get back on my truck....just need to find some chevy gun-metal grey vinyl to match the interior.

Looks good.
All those little phrases and 'haters' below the RF logo is a bit degrading to that type of work put into that truck, IMO of course.
The shop that did all the original work made a trim panel for the box. I just didn't take any pictures of it.

I would add two more of the same subs and look at selling the 2k to go towards the funds of a decent 5-8k mono amplifier and new enclosure
