The background:

I bought THREE JL 10" w0's from DarrenE on these forums.

I bought them knowing there was cosmetic scuffs on the subs, but he did not tell me about the horrifying cones that are no longer attacked to the rubber surround.

Well I recieved the subs today and like I said, on 2/3 subs the rubber surround is about 90% off of the actual cone. I KNOW this plays an affect on the sound, and even if not immediatly, will certainly play a role in how long these last.

I confronted him about the problems (on aim) and he knew immediatly what he had done.

These logs are 100% legit and I would not go out of my way to put down a mans name. What should I do gents and gals? I bought these subs for a friends birthday coming up so this actually means something to me.
