I would stay away from sony...

I agree w/ Snova. From what I have seen friends go through, you can find a better quality for around the same price. The only thing Sony I would even consider would be the HU, but they tend to have a low signal to noise ratio (SNR)....I will more than likely get rid of mine for a Clarion by the end of the year.

I see a problem - Based on the description that enclosure is 4 ohms at the terminal, and is rated for 750rms. The sony amp only puts out 300 watts into a 4 ohm load. You need to look into a different amp, probably a 2 channel that will give you something in the neighborhood of 750 bridged.

Off the top of my head I'd suggest the Lanzar optidrive 500.2. They are going for $220 shipped new off ebay and $180 shipped for the refurbs. They are $500 amps that slipped under the radar and will run the hell out of those subs.
