You could do that too especially if you plan on upgrading later. You cannot run too big a wire in most cases

maybe change that to 18 gauge maybe, 24 gauge seems way to low if they speaks are gonna get 50 watts to em

they say its always best to have one ground for amps. id do it just to be safe, plus its easier than having to drill another hole or find somewhere else to put it.
Hnmmm.... that would make my ground realllyyyyy long... about 3 ft.
