Going to be using a 12" Mach5 IXL, 12" Icon, or PG RSDC 12"

looks pretty good port 4inch about 12 inches long. whats it going in

no thats gross volume net is 2.50 before sub displacement also port area is a tad low try maybe 2 4" also also the port is too close to the back wall you want atleast port width distance from wall. maybe try to do ports on side of box

It's going in an 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic. What if I tuned to 32hz? Would one 4" still be sufficient?

still gonna be close 1 4" aero in that airspace is around 5.02 per sqft usually with aeros u want like 9-11 per sq ft of port area whats your max dimentions you can work with i know you have more then 14" deep
