cheapest sound deadening

Check the classifieds on car audio forums and you'll eventually find a good deal. I got 80 sq feet of brown bread for $70 shipped. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/woot.gif.aaa6090e619a97b6090d16dd863c5a69.gif

i wouldn't recommend liquid based deadeners like sludge //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif raamat seems to be the best bang for the buck. also secondskin has a discount for forum members

Just a quick question, how does sound deadening improve the sound? Does it just help keep the outside noises away?
Not only that, but it allows you to help control the acoustical environment of the vehicle itself. Those little rattles and hollowness sounds in your cab will start to disappear and give it a more solid environment. You will also keep more of your bass and midbass in the cab, hence increasing the loudness and clarity of your music. There's many more reasons as well, here's a good read for you...
