Cheap tweets that work decent?

Im doing a basic install on someones car and hes on somewhat of a budget, but would like some seperate tweeters ofcourse. (has failed ghetto install of walmart tweets currently) So far ive got the front and rear speakers picked out, hed prefer to stay under 100 for 4 speakers + tweets with xovers for the front. I was reccomending a component set but the cheapest 4" set i could find was just over 100 by itself, so hopefully this will give it somewhat decent SQ.

I might try to find a rear set on that site too though and go just over 100 so ican get the free shipping. Or would you guys reccomend another site?
