Yeah i'm looking for something more powerful so i'm giving this away for cheap. The subwoofer is a Jensen JPS12 . I'm looking for a trade possibly such as maybe something in the value or some *** pain. pm me up if you're interested in either.
OK, I seriously hope this guy is screwing around, because he'd need to have some serious mental problems to even buy jensen equipment, let alone rant about ow good it is. As for the whole 236db thing, isn't 120 like standing next to a jet engine?
OK, maybe it was 140, anyway, a jensen home theatre sub doesn't push 236
thanks for the chart
LOL, I wasn't being sarcastic. I just was thanking you for the documented statistics. I just heard a long time ago that a jet engine was in the 100s, and I thought it was 120db, but like I said, it was a long time ago. But since 120 or 130ah i wasn't trying to knock ya, i was just posting it for a reference.
as you can see, getting from 1-70db is alot easier than getting from 70-140
thats what i was showing, so getting from 140-210 would be far far harder than previous 70db increases.
actually, i do pro audio, and to gain 3db once you get over 135 you need to double amplifier power, if you dont alter the room you're filling with sound..
236db is just unobtainable in the year 2006 and anytime before, i dont want to say immpossible, because it might be one day.
