Cheap amp for 2 12s CVRS

A friend of mine is going to be runnin 2 Kicker CVR 12s in a sealed box (1.3 cubes each) He doesnt want to spend more than $200 including ALL the wires to install the amp. So he only wants to spend around $160. The CVRs are dual 4 ohm so he can wire it down to 1 or 4 ohms. Any suggestions?
