Chassis To Engine question

Wire it intertwined through your rims, and wrap directly around your engine block then ground it to your chassis. For more risk of moving parts and heat, mount it to your alternator bracket!
Not a good idea. You need to be extremely careful of heat (or wrap the wire in a heat resistant cover perhaps...) and moving parts anywhere nearby. Be wary of alternators, belts, exhaust, transmission, and the like. Your best bet is to keep looking. Nothing in those two pictures looks spectacular... I can take a look at a friend of mine's 01 mustang and give you some ideas perhaps.

thanks. would really appreciate it if you could help me out. a snap shot would help.

waht about this...same thing no?

^^there is none
than find one... Any bolt onto the block will do. Make sure the terminal is touching the block directly, and not bolted onto something else that is bolted onto the engine block, like your original pic of the alternator.

ohms. the idea is to find a spot on the engine block that has very little resistance to the alternator casing which is the main ground for your car. at least i think that's what they're referring to. =)
