Central Ohio install prices?

I live in Pataskala,Ohio and don't do my own installing, but don't want to over pay. What on average should I pay to have a headunit installed if I have the install kit? Also to install door speakers, dash speakers, and rear deck speakers? What should I pay for a 2, 4, or a mono sub amp hook up as well if I supply the amp wire kit?
