cdt is good with that kind of stuff but i don't know about you....

but every single time i call them i could barely hear whoever i was on the line with. and they don't elaborate much on their answers to your questions...

I was on speaker phone both times I called. Not a big deal to me. As for the elaboration part...I have never asked a question to any of them. I always ask Don.
