cd player help

hi i have the ida-x100 and i am having trouble with tuning my subs. when i turn the treble up and down on the hu it effects the subs. the lower i have the treble it seems like the subs can play a higher frequency. +7 on treble sounds the best for subs but its not what i want for my other speakers. even with my lpf on my amp at about 65 im getting some noise from voices and other hi frequencies through my subs. what do i need to do?
