The top dash pad has to be removed before the front dash plate.
1. Remove a philips screw from the vent on top of the dash.
2. Remove the vent plate.
3. Remove 2 7mm or 9/32" screws under the vent plate.
4. Remove the panel on the left end of the dash that includes the fuse box cover.
5. Remove one 7mm screw under the panel.
6. Remove the similar panel on the passenger side of the dash.
7. Remove one 7mm screw under that panel.
8. Open the glove box and remove 3 7mm screws under the front edge of the dash pad, inside the glove box.
9. Deep inside the top of the glove box, you'll see a recess. Remove 2 7mm brass machine screws inside the recess.
10. Lift up and remove the entire top dash panel. Use caution, as the passenger airbag will be exposed.
11. Remove 3 7mm screws along the top of the front dash plate, that had previously been covered by the top dash panel.
12. Carefully pull around the edges of the front dash plate to release the pressure clips around the radio and on either side of the steering column. Remove the panel.
13. The radio is held in with 2 more 7mm screws.
