I wouldn't be surprised if he owns the domain but they lease the forum. He's not maintaining this shit. I'm sure you know how valuable a 20+ year old domain that's as simple as caraudio.com is worth, not including the domain authority it has at this point

No one would lease a forum or a domain lmao... I dont know who told you it was sold, but once a domain is sold then takes a couple of minutes to swap ownership and bin a domain.
