no,no ,no you go on the website and register not from the program. CentrafuseI cant. I try. It brings me to punch in my name and serial, and I cant get one, lol. There's no where to get it.
yea just did, its there.lol. have u been there lately?
Thanks. When it comes to computers i am the man. i am one of those "cool" nerds in my friends group, its like i am the tech guyWTF? UR THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONE!!!!!!!!!!!
now, I gotta get out there, pull my monitor out, run my TS usb cable, install the drivers, and get that to function properly, then reassemble, then start removing my 3-15s, and slap my others in.
the dvd thing would be the only thing i hate about Centrafuse. It *****,i have never used it on the new version of centrafuse but however it ***** balls on centrafuse 1.5 beta. i always use PowerDVD whenever i watch dvd's.Tell me why its too sluggish to smoothly play a DVD with only 1 program running. I have maxxed out my ram, 1gb. I have 1.2ghz processor. And I cant watch DVDs with it. I even tried the OLD media player that uses VERY little to run.
BTW...any way I can integrate the AVS screens from winamp into the centrafuse?
I prefer to use a laptop so I can take my entertainment with me......I have has at least 30 people ask me to do a computer install for them.
congratulations! you have just post dumped in my thread nub. you obviously dont know quality when you hear it. but in despite that i wish you the best of luck with your mega iPod. the point of this thread was to ask questions about a somewhat dedicated computer for the car hence the phrase "carputer" or "truckputer" for that nature. But please dont ever mention SONY in my thread again and about how many people that have asked you about your "installs",thank youI appreciate your post, but I prefer to use a laptop so I can take my entertainment with me. My head unit has an aux input into it, and I connect the headphone out jack to the aux input. I use Zoom Player as a dvd player. It plays .vob files, .avi files and apple files. I presently have 400 videos on the computer and about 2000 .mp3's. As far as my set up, for internet access, I use a cellular data card with unlimited data for about $60 a month. For gps, I use Delorme Street Atlas, available for less than $100.00. You can also get the complete listing of every phone listing in the US for a few more bucks.
My system is composed of (2) 12" Sony (Walmart) Subs, 1100 w max, (2) 10" RF Punch 1's, (4) 6x9's Sony 230 w max, (1) RF 150x amp for 6x9's, and (1) 1000w Lanzar amp for the subs. RF's bridged on 1 channel, Sony's bridged on 2 channels.
The cost of this system was extremely cheap considering the volume and sound quality. I dare anyone in my area to listen to it and tell me it sounds like crap.
Yeah, that sounds a little bitter, but when I was setting it up, I got bad responses from some of the people here.
I will do a 'How to" thread to show how to get dvd quality videos off of the net for no cost.
lol, I have has at least 30 people ask me to do a computer install for them.
