Hey, like OK guys, I'm a retard and I am gonna explain to you why I am. I am a street racing douchfeggle and I was punkin mah friend on the road and shit. Normally I'd agree...but what if you had posession of a controlled substance...you gonna walk up to the DA and say yes I'm guility, and please put a sentencing recommendation in to the judge for the maximum allowable under the statute?

So you wanna fight a ticket that was caused by your own stupidity? Speeding in a zone thats 35mph, and the cops see you going faster then that with your buddy on the otherside? Yeah, I call that stupidity. Did you ever think, maybe if you were going the speed limit, none of this would have happened? I really hoped you learned your lesson. And even if you try to fight it, they will laugh at you.
