Instead of saying get a lawyer, then please explain yourself. It was an 86 dollar ticket! Who gets a lawyer for that? I can see if it was to get the points off, but sometimes when you go in and say I was at fault and I am sorry, they don't give you the points, just the fine and what not.get a laywer...no further questions.
very tru...to me the risk is much higher of trying to defend yourself, not to mention the time off from work to go into court, to wait in the court room for your docket, in hopes of saving points. A competent lawyer should get this totally dismissed, and at the bare bare minimum if he cant do that, receive no points, no school, no fine, but small court costs assessed. You can find traffic lawyers who do this daily who would charge $75-140 with ease and you can never have to worry about the ticket again. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifInstead of saying get a lawyer, then please explain yourself. Why? You go to court, pay the cost and it is gone. Only thing you will see is the insurance rate or or points may be on your record. If not, I would rather pay the 86 bucks and say viola.i'd rather pay twice what a ticket costs to never have to see it again.
:fyi:You have to fight, for your right....to PARTY!!!!!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I dont want anything on my record, no matter how minor it is. And i definitely dont want to see it possibly effecting my premium. Why? You go to court, pay the cost and it is gone.
