well, ive got some money to spend, and ive got a 1975 Jeep CJ5 that needs some work done to the engine.

its sittin on a 4 inch lift and 33 inch tires, w/ no doors or top.

now im having one of my good friends work on it, and he's doin it all for me and just kinda telling me what i need to buy.

so i needs a 4-barrell carb.

where to look? how will i know it will fit?

tis a 304 btw.

ill get pics of it up soon enough.

Just get a Carter ThermoQuad with the OEM fuel feed specs.

'Tis the same carb that came on them stock on the models that had 4 bbl carbs from the factory.

If you want a carb like stock Prowler probably knows what would work from the sounds of it. If you want a performance carb, check out Summit or Jegs, they usually have a pretty good selection at good prices.
