Car subwoofer in my appt.

I am curious if anyone knows of a way to power my old subwoofers on a system in my appartment....any suggestions??? I have two Infinity 1232 (Dual 4Ohm VCs)....just looking for some bass to hit back at my neighbors and have a decent bass sound for music and movies...

How should the boxes be built for in a home? Do you know of any sites that have good instructions or reviews on the sounds that the different types of boxes sound indoors?
