Car Speakers around 150$$$ with laid back tweets

Guys I had almost zereod in on the ID CTX65's when I read more and more reviews stating that they get bright at high volumes. Now I dont have the option to audition them so need your opinions. I used to JBL GTO 609C and absolutely hated the highs screeching through my ears and dont want to go anywhere close to that kind of harshness. Need some decent speakers $200 max but $150 preferable that are good in mid bass and have soft highs. Was recommended SA 6.5 from Woofersetc. but they are 200$ and not many reviews on websites apart from some russian site. So I am not convinced. Really is finding good components so friggin hard for someone on a budget?

Best bet if you want REAL laid back would be the JL C5s. Find used or save up a bit more, they dont get much better if thats what you want.

How are the tweeters on these: JBL MS-62C.... they are going for around 200 which is max that I can stretch.

System shortlisted so far: Pioneer 2500 BT

Subwoofer: IDQD10 or ID10V0.3

Speakers: ???

Amplifier: Had shortlisted PPI 900.4 but woofersetc. stating these amps get really hot and shut down. They are recommended Cadence 4100F for 160 bucks. Please advise. Need SQ for the poor man.

Polk db's for about $100 are hard to beat.

I have heard both the ID set and the Sundown set and if attenuated correctly both sets have really smooth and mellow tweeters.
