She found a used Audi TT coupe that she really likes. For the same price she can buy a new Acura RSX. Any thoughts on either. I have to drive a couple of hours to test drive either one. I have done some research on both. And would really like to hear if anyone has had any experience with either of these cars. I have driven/worked on both. if you were going to choose the acura it would have to be type-s. If it isnt i wouldnt even bother. The audi is also i nice car though. I have no complaints on either i guess it all depends on what she likes.

well, the RSX is a much more USEABLE car... lol have you ever seen the backseat of the TT?

I kind of liked the TT's body, but i really like what Acura has done witht their Integra Replacement... give em a test drive, take a day off wor, call in sick and have fun lol.

It is the type s. A close friend has one. He is coming by my house tomorrow. He will let my wife drive it. I guess I'll see how it goes.

I think that the type-S only comes in a six speed.

as an audi owner myself, you of course know my answer. Is the TT the 180Hp or the 225 roadster, Ive driven the roadster Iknow thats nice real nice, and since this is a car audio site, Ive seen some great custom systems in a TT. Im sure if you get the Acura your wife will enjoy the TT. thanks

First off congrats on the new car. My friend owns a performance shop in S. Fla but ships every where. His GF owns an RSX Type-S and he had his exhaust guy make a mendral bent cat eliminator. It makes a huge difference in the car. Everyone she races with an rsx she beats. Its a pretty cool mod. Also you should go visit http://www.clubrsx.com that is a message forum for rsx people.
