Why do car audio shops always try to sell you crappy subs........??????? I called this shop and asked them for one sub in between the price range of $150-200 either a 12 or 15.......and they wanna try to sell me two sony 12's when I asked for 1 12 or 15.

Because the shops in your area ****.The one "real" shop in my area is very knowledgable, and don't try to push crap on you.

Humm, Never had anybody try to sell me sony. I was in Carbondale some time ago, very nice shop and he sugested JL audio. Around where I live they are pretty good. Never had crap pushed on me.

Retail prices are alot higher than the direct prices that we are used to paying on the net.

Can't blame them cause their trying to run a bussiness. Buying cheap products and selling them for double makes for a pretty good profit. That's why you join CarAudio.com and get educated before you spend all your money on sony Xplods.
