i put mine in my pocket usually, but if im going to be staying at the car shop where its at or whatever i usually just leave it on or throw it in the glove box. but im an irresponsible bastard like that.

I would never leave it in the glovebox at a shop unless I personally know everyone there and even then I probably wouldnt. I dont trust anyone after my car got stolen, so that is why I am the way I am. But I thought most people would take there deck out and take it with them if they were at a shop they didnt know to well. jntar, my parents live in dallas, i live in socal, and i visit every summer (i know, if i read my story as a stranger id find it weird two regarding both locations)

big bang, this was a very reputable shop in the area and i didnt think theyd **** with my shit. its an honor system thing, i barely ever go out to do anything because my trusted friend teaches me to do my installs and i do my own oil/maint/suspension. pretty much the only thing i go out to do is alignments and i know the managers at that place i go. this time it was rather unfortunate cuz i needed a tint wtih nationwide warranty and this was the only location i could find to get it done it

i believe they ejaculated when they heard my SE12 and type X components pwn every piece of shit they had in the shop . . if i heard it from the f.ucking theater room im sure they cummed themselves standing next to it. shit . (not that my equipment is worth a **** compared to the SI mag / DD / rainbow, IA kinda gear everyone else here uses here on caraudio ahhahahah)

Well, lesson learned then. I would take it out if it was me. Better to be safe than sorry as the old saying goes. Also would have saved you the headache of having to go back and explain the situation.
