Car audio on my computer ;-O

1.2kW?

Good luck finding a 12VDC power supply for that. Best to use a pro audio rack amp for that kind of power.

To run the speakers, you'll need enclosures for them, obviously, and a receiver. Run the audio from the soundcard via a 1/8" stereo to RCA cable into the receiver.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif every setup i've heard has been atrocious. they use mostly class b technology cause u get alot of power with minimal losses in power but at the cost of quality. thus PS equipment is used where u need loud sound with little impetus on sq. however, i may be wrong.
