Real simple to put on here with out a link. Go to your myspace, go to the photo you want, open it, right click it, and copy image location. There's a little land scape icon in the message posting box, click it, paste the addy, and post.

I find the best way to post pics on any way is to use photobucket bro.. Upload them there and copy and paste the IMG code and it shows them much bigger than the forum does. Shows much more detail.
