Car audio for audi a4 99

[ASHLING20]

what cd changers that are mp3 compatible , will work with the audi concert stereo that is in the audi a4 1999 , i dont want to get the original cd changer coz i thinks its out of date and heard its more expensive , im looking for a good quality one , i also want advice on changing the original speakers which should i use to replace them ?that will fit corectly
