Is There Anyway To Get All The Power Out Of A 2 Ohm Stable 2 Channel Amplifier Using Two 4 Ohm Dvc Subs? Help.
+1.yeah wire both subs in parrallel and put one sub per channel. or if its bridgeable wire each in parrallel and then again in series to the amp to give you a 4 ohm load, because your amp is most likely only 4 ohm stable when bridged. if you post up what you got it might be easier for us to help you
if it is like 99% of all 2 channels i have read about and worked with, that is only 2 ohm stereo. and it would only be stable at 4 ohm bridged2 ohm stable stereo or bridged?
my mm4000 is a 2 chanel that is stable @ 2 ohm bridged, as are some of the older autotek mx amps. The xx-collosus is 2 ohm stable bridged. Most of ma's 2 chanel amps are 2 ohm stable bridged as well.if it is like 99% of all 2 channels i have read about and worked with, that is only 2 ohm stereo. and it would only be stable at 4 ohm bridged
