Looks like your doing a good job for these guys Zach, keep up the good work, if you need some info/help feel free to give me a call, willing to help out someone who does the job right and not out to screw people over like some of the people that have started similar threads here on this forum for part time amp repair work, etc, and called me looking for help... Chris is a great resource and definately the man as far as mobile amlifier repair goes. The fact he has reached out to offer a advice... says a lot for what you have shown to date. Kent, thank you for your trust and support. Also when will you be reciving the amp as when I checked the tracking it was pushed back to wed.

Well it was left in Miami, as the cargo flight was to full, so it won't get here till next tuesday, BOOO! Missing the show, so I am going to plan B which is a saz1500, but it will be running at 2 ohms @17v so the subs may see 500w each.

I will definately let you know as soon as I get it though

well I got the DAT 8000.1 and hooked it up. I was super suprised when I powered it up.

I was trying to restore and preserve a rare item, and lost. ends up being a ~$1000 mistake

Ouch that ***** man. Could have been something that happened due to vibration in shipping. These big amps don't always have proper support for the board and components built into them.
