It Was Lowkey Fuxing up today and recently. sometimes it will start on weak and then cut off. you have to keep reving it once it starts. and If u Rev it too hard it will cut right off. then u gotta try again. Well i replace the ignition today and now right after i replaced it And tried to crank the bish it wouldn't start. I replaced the ignition correctly. Now my battery died and Im stuck right now about to charge it....I've done some earch on what it could be and i've came up with

*A Spark

*Fuel Pump

*Somethig with Gas Line

what do yall think it is??

sounds like a fuel issue. i would have the carb checked out. pin it with a paper clip to and write down the codes. read that site to learn how to.

also when that light comes on....its bad.

you should fix it mechanically before doing anything else to it.

fuel, spark, air.
thats all thats needed for an engine to run....
nope.

correct timing, correct air/fuel ratio as well, but fuel pressure at the rail, and checking spark are a good place to start, after you pull the codes from it.

he doesnt have a carb, the 89 was throttle body. Get the codes, well see if there are any. Then if you have never done it I would do a tune up, new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Use regular AC copper plugs and get the best wires you can afford. Replace the fuel filter also. Then go from there. You need a good base to start from.
