Cap Placement??

I have 2x 1F Monster Digital Caps and was wondering what would be the best configuration for them when wiring.

I plan on running a Memphis MCA300.4 to 4 Memphis 15-MSYNC6.5's in the doors, and running 2x Memphis M310D4 powered by a Memphis MCD1000. I have 1/0 running to a big Power Dist. Block in the cab, and 4AWG to each amp. Should I run 1 Cap in-line to each amp, or should I tap off the Power Dist Block and connect both Caps in with that, or something different?

i would say place them in the house on a shelf, wire them up to 12v and they shall make a very colourfull paper weight

sell them on ebay, buy a yellow top, and do the big 3

problem solved plus you gain some cashflow, thats the basic response your going to get from everyone on here

for you're cap placement.. should be as close to the amp as possible. or in the garbage.... USELESS

if you cap has a voltmeter on it, use it. if not, it will be of no use to you. i use my simply to know what voltage my system is at. and it gives off a cool blue light....

Wow...Really, caps are basically junk? And to think they sold when I bought them for 199.99. They are the Monster Digital Caps, they have the Volt Meter in LCD right on them.

So, trashomundo to the caps, do the big 3, and call it a day, or run another batt in the cab, and then to the Power Distribution block...

I thought these caps were the ticket, must be old school in me...

Would you guys even recommend adding a battery, meaning a 2nd one in the cab with this setup after doing the Big 3??
